2025年10月3日（金）、立命館とVenture Café Tokyoが立命館大学大阪いばらきキャンパス（OIC）で開催する、誰もが無料で参加可能なイノベーションコミュニティプログラム「OIC CONNÉCT #38」を開催します！起業家や何か新たなチャレンジを模索する人、研究者、投資家、学生、会社員等、挑戦やイノベーションに少しでも興味があれば「誰でも」参加可能です。

The next OIC CONNÉCT will be held on Friday, August 1st! OIC CONNÉCT is an innovation community program organized by Ritsumeikan and Venture Café Tokyo at Ritsumeikan University Osaka Ibaraki Campus (OIC). Participation is free and open to all! We look forward to seeing you there.

OIC CONNÉCTとは｜What is OIC CONNÉCT?

OIC CONNÉCTは、立命館大学大阪いばらきキャンパス（OIC）で開催される、学びの機会（パネルセッション、レクチャー、ワークショップ）と繋がりの機会（ネットワーキング、展示テーブル）の組み合わせからなるイノベーション促進/交流プログラムです。多様な人が、ふらっと参加して、楽しみ、繋がり、そして新しい挑戦をしたくなるような機会の提供を通じ、関西を中心としたイノベーション・コミュニティを創出することを目指します。

このプログラムは、起業家や何か新たなチャレンジを模索する人、研究者、投資家、学生、会社員等、挑戦やイノベーションに少しでも興味があれば「誰でも」参加可能であることが特徴です（参加無料）。参加者は学びを得ながら、そこで得た共体験を梃子にネットワークを拡げることが出来ます。

OIC CONNÉCT is the innovation gathering held at Ritsumeikan University(Osaka Ibaraki Campus).

Next Innovators, Go Global～世界に挑む若手／学生起業家のリアル

セッション会場 / Session Area

ジェトロでは、海外展開を見据えて活動する起業家の育成を目的に、世界各地の主要スタートアップエコシステムにおける起業家育成プログラム（※）を運営しています。本セッションでは、その学生・若手起業家向けコースに参加した学生・起業家たちが登壇し、現地で得た気づきやエコシステムの実態を“生の声”でお届けします。
グローバルなスタートアップ環境に触れて初めて知った世界の最新動向、起業に向けて準備すべきことや必要なマインドセットなど、参加者のリアルな経験から得られる学びは、これからのチャレンジに直結するヒントとなるはずです。
起業や海外でのビジネス展開に関心のある学生や若手社会人はもちろん、スタートアップやイノベーションに興味を持つ方にも、国際的な挑戦の現場を体感いただける貴重な機会です。

2022年ジェトロ入構後、中東アフリカアジア地域への日系スタートアップ進出支援を担当。現在は北米エリアを中心に、次世代のイノベーター創出のための事業統括をする。

高島 花音 氏（Canon TAKASHIMA）
= 関西外国語大学

アメリカ、テキサス州でのSXSW2024への出展やニューヨーク、マンハッタンでのPOPUP開催などの経験があり、日本の文化を軸に日米で活動してきた。現在は、エンタメ産業での経験を生かしながら日本のプレゼンスを上げるために国内外での起業に挑戦中。

福井 望 氏（Nozomu FUKUI）
= 合同会社 Setolabo（Setolabo LLC） COO

新卒後に地方銀行へ入行し2年で退職、合同会社Setolaboへ参画。衛生検査所の設立に携わり、大阪市全域の高齢者施設のPCR検査事業責任者、全国に点在した検査センター統括責任者を歴任。現在はがん検査開発の実務と遺伝子検査事業の責任者を務める。

太田 晶景 氏（Shokei OTA） 
= 立命館大学経営学部 4回生 / OIC CONNÉCTチーフアンバサダー / ドリギー 株式会社 代表取締役CEO  

鹿児島県出身。幼い頃から起業家を目指す。 実際の介護現場を見て、栄養管理の実態に衝撃を受ける。介護に関わるすべての人が自分らしく生きられる世界を作りたいというビジョンを持ち、2024年7月 ドリギー株式会社を創業。現在、食事の写真をパシャッと撮るだけで食事量管理ができるアプリ「めしパシャ」を開発中。 

玉井 芳果 氏（Honoka TAMAI）
= 立命館大学 経営学部 1回生 / OIC CONNÉCT学生アンバサダー

高校時代は社会課題に取り組むユネスコクラブの部長を務めたり、琵琶湖の規格外の魚を再活用したふりかけを開発する模擬企業の副社長を務めた。大学では部活動や課外活動でアナウンスや司会業を学ぶ。

About JMEC

Often called a “mini MBA”, the Japan Market Expansion Competition (JMEC) is a unique 7 month business training program conducted in English for working professionals in Japan. With support from 18 foreign chambers of commerce, the program provides participants with the opportunity to network and learn from top industry execs, CEOs, and serial entrepreneurs. It is unique as it provides not only lectures on business strategy and management but also hands-on consulting experience with real project clients. This program is ideal for startup employees, business professionals who want to upskill, or anyone thinking of starting their own business.

Elizabeth GAMARRA, PhD.
= Founder of Generations of Legacies (NPO in the U.S), JMEC Alumni

Elizabeth Gamarra is a clinician with a focus on substance use disorder, as well as a trained mediator and international relations scholar. She has worked on projects involving nuclear energy, peace building, and mediation across Europe and East Asia. She is also the founder of Generations of Legacies, a scholarship bootcamp designed to support underrepresented students.
Most recently, she was a researcher at the Peace Research Institute in Tokyo and worked with the U.S. Department of State, representing the United States at the World Expo in Osaka. She has also represented the U.S. in global forums in India, Thailand, and Morocco. In parallel with her policy and academic work, Elizabeth is a JMEC Fellow and has supported startups and business development initiatives since her Fulbright in Spain.

Tim EWING
= Trainer & Coach (ex-TikTok, QVC Japan, IKEA Japan, Johnson & Johnson)

Tim Ewing is a bilingual trainer and coach with over 20 years of Learning & Development experience and more than 30 years living and working in Japan. He has held leadership roles at global companies including ByteDance (TikTok), QVC Japan, IKEA Japan, and Johnson & Johnson, where he designed and delivered programs that developed leaders, strengthened communication, and enhanced organizational performance.
As the founder of Communication Makeover, Tim now empowers non-native English-speaking professionals across APAC to communicate assertively, lead confidently, and collaborate effectively in global business environments. His sessions are known for being interactive, culturally aware, and results-driven, helping participants move from hesitation to confidence and from communication gaps to meaningful leadership impact.

Svitlana Kobzarenko
= Digital Acceleration and Communications Manager

Svitlana is the Digital Acceleration and Communications Manager at Nestlé Purina PetCare Asia, Oceania, and Africa. She is a marketing leader with a strong passion for growth and transformation – for teams, businesses, and self. She has over 20 years of experience driving innovation, consumer-centric digital transformation and marketing teams development.  Although her core experience lies in the corporate sector, she is actively working with the startup community as mentor and judge at accelerator panels. She has lived and worked in 5 countries across the globe.

Chinyere OKOLI
= Chair of the JMEC Alumni Association / Founder of The Sista Fund

Chinyere Okoli is the Founder of The Sista Fund, an organization dedicated to helping women learn how to save smart, invest wisely, and build generational wealth. Inspired by her talk on wealth-building at the Black Women in Japan conference in 2019, Chinyere realized just how much women were seeking this knowledge—and The Sista Fund was born. Since then, she has given many talks on personal finance and has written a book entitled, The Spend Cleanse. She started a personal finance blog for women and hosts monthly meetups where women can connect in a supportive, judgement-free space to discuss money goals and sharpen their financial skills.
As chair of the JMEC Alumni Association, Chinyere leads the growth and revitalization of JMECAA. She oversees the planning and execution of speaker engagements, networking events, and professional development opportunities for alumni and business professionals in Kansai and Kanto. She started the Kansai branch and has led its growth from 3 people to over 20 in the past 2 years. She is looking forward to moderating the panel and all of the insights the panelists will bring.

ピッチの極意 〜投資家と起業家が語る“伝わるプレゼン”とは〜

セッション会場 / Session Are

起業家、そして起業を目指すにとって自分の事業を伝える最大のチャンスである”ピッチ”。
ビジネスコンテスト、仲間集めや顧客への提案、投資家への説明、など、その機会は多岐にわたります。
しかし、「なぜか伝わらない…」「熱意はあるのに評価されない…」そんな経験をしたことがある方も多いのではないでしょうか。
本セッションでは、ビジコン審査員や投資家として数多くのピッチを見てきた投資家の方と走り始めたばかりの学生起業家、そして経験豊富な先輩起業家をお招きし、それぞれの立場から“伝わるピッチの極意”を徹底議論します。
「ピッチをどう磨けばいいのか？」という問いに対して、リアルな失敗談や成功体験を交えながら学べる、起業を目指す方も、プレゼン力を高めたい方も必見のセッションです。

= 栖峰（せいほう）投資ワークス 株式会社 代表取締役

同志社大学経済学部卒業後、大阪中小企業投資育成㈱入社。
投資担当者としてIT・バイオテックなどのスタートアップ投資や製造業・小売業などの中小企業への投資に従事。投資先からは上場（㈱リプロセル（iPS細胞技術）、㈱リニカル（臨床開発受託企業）、和田興産㈱（神戸最大のマンションデベロッパー）、M&A（アイネット・システムズ㈱（臨床検査SaaS）、エフアイエス（ガスセンサーデバイス））などが出ている。
同社ベンチャーキャピタル投資部門の縮小・閉鎖の後、独立して栖峰投資ワークス㈱を設立して代表取締役。ファンド２本計４０億円を運用し、関西圏の創業期テクノロジー企業にフォーカスして投資活動をしている。
投資先からは上場（㈱ティムス（新薬開発）、BABYJOB㈱（保育園DXSaaS）、M&A（㈱アンビリアル（カラオケライブ配信））などが出ており、引き続き投資メンバーとともに新規投資・経営支援に取り組んでいる。

瀧下 奎斗 氏（Keito TAKISHITA)
= Kanaria Tech 株式会社 代表取締役 / 立命館大学大学院 情報理工学研究科GSISE (M1)


大学在学中、NASAのプロジェクトに参加し、火星探査ロボット分野において複数の賞を受賞。さらに、TOEIC満点を取得し、グローバルな視野と対応力を養う。
現在は立命館大学大学院でAI・ロボティクスの研究を続けながら、NVIDIA、Microsoft、Google、AWSの支援を受け、Kanaria Tech代表取締役として自律移動ロボット基盤KRMの開発と社会実装を推進しています。

OIC CONNÉCTについて

OIC CONNÉCTは、学校法人立命館が主催し、Venture Café Tokyoが立命館大学大阪いばらきキャンパス（OIC）で開催する、誰もが無料で参加可能なイノベーション促進プログラムです。

これまでOICが培ってきた「地域に開かれたキャンパス」の特徴をさらに進化させ、大学の枠を超えた「ヒト・コト・モノがより触発しあうキャンパス」を目指す取り組みの一貫として開催していきます。

このプログラムは毎月開催することで、起業家や研究者、学生など多様な人が交流し、学び合う機会の提供を通じ、関西を中心としたイノベーション・コミュニティを創出することを目指します。多様なイノベーター達による講演やイノベーションを加速させるワークショップ等を通じて参加者は学びを得ながら、そこで得た共体験を梃子にネットワークを拡げることが出来ます。

This is an innovation acceleration program hosted by Ritsumeikan University and organized by Venture Café Tokyo at the Osaka Ibaraki Campus (OIC). Open to everyone free of charge, the program aims to further develop OIC’s long-established identity as a “campus open to the community” by evolving it into a space where “people, ideas, and resources inspire one another” beyond the boundaries of academia.

Held monthly, this program seeks to foster an innovation community centered in the Kansai region by providing opportunities for diverse individuals—entrepreneurs, researchers, and students alike—to connect, exchange ideas, and learn from each other. Through inspiring talks by various innovators and workshops designed to accelerate innovation, participants can not only gain valuable insights but also expand their networks through shared experiences.
