立命館大学とIVS KYOTO実行委員会（株式会社Headline Japan、京都府、京都市）は、7月4日（木）～7月6日（土）に実施される国内最大のスタートアップカンファレンス「IVS2024 KYOTO / IVS Crypto 2024 KYOTO」に向け、「IVS立命館スカラシップ」を共同で実施します。立命館大学生の参加費の支援を、卒業生で構成される立命館大学校友会が行い、上記イベントへ多数の学生参加を促します。これにより多様なキャリアの選択可能性や、イノベーションを生み出す文化の拡大を図ります。

■ 立命館大学の学生・大学院生は、「IVS2024 KYOTO / IVS Crypto 2024 KYOTO」に無償で参加できます。
*立命館大学校友会の支援によるものです。
■ IVS KYOTO 実行委員会と連携し、「IVS2024 KYOTO / IVS Crypto 2024 KYOTO」参加者への説明会ならびにフォローアップ・ミーティングを実施します。
■ IVS 立命館スカラシップは立命館大学生・大学院生に限定した制度です。
*立命館大学生・大学院生でない人がこの制度を使われた場合は、無効になります。

また6月7日(金)開催のOIC CONNÉCTでは、IVSプレイベントのプログラムを開催します。OIC CONNÉCTは毎月1回、立命館大学大阪いばらきキャンパス（OIC）で開催される、学びの機会（パネルセッション、レクチャー、ワークショップ）と繋がりの機会（ネットワーキング、展示テーブル）の組み合わせからなるイノベーション促進/交流プログラムです。毎回100名を超える参加者が集まるイベントで、事前学習となる6月7日（金）は、IVSプレイベントとして、19:00〜20:00に開催するセッションにて「運営者が語る！関西の大型カンファレンスを100倍楽しむ方法。」を実施します。

2024年7月4日から6日まで、伝統と革新が融合する京都で、「IVS2024 KYOTO」と「IVS Crypto 2024 KYOTO」が同時開催されます。
IVS2024 KYOTOは、起業家、投資家、事業家、技術者、研究者、そしてスタートアップやオープン・イノベーションに関心を持つすべての人々を対象としたカンファレンスです。資金調達や事業成長の機会を求める経営者や投資家、新しい事業アイデアに興味がある人々にとって、新しい未来を築くための貴重な機会を提供します。
IVS Crypto 2024 KYOTOは、クリプトとブロックチェーンに特化したカンファレンスです。この分野のパイオニアたちが、デジタル経済の進化とWeb3の可能性について深く掘り下げます。両カンファレンスは同じ場所で開催され、参加者は自由にどちらのイベントにも参加できます。

Applications are now being accepted for the IVS2024 KYOTO / IVS Crypto 2024 KYOTO “IVS Ritsumeikan Program”
Ritsumeikan University and the IVS KYOTO Executive Committee (Headline Japan, Inc., Kyoto Prefecture, and Kyoto City) will jointly implement the “IVS Ritsumeikan Program” for “IVS 2024 KYOTO / IVS Crypto 2024 KYOTO”, the largest startup conference in Japan, which will be held from Thursday, July 4th to Saturday, July 6th. The Ritsumeikan University Alumni Association, made up of Ritsumeikan University graduates, will provide financial support for the participation fees of Ritsumeikan University students, encouraging many students to participate in the above event. This will help to expand the possibilities of diverse career choices and the innovation-generating culture.
We will begin accepting applications from Ritsumeikan University undergraduate and graduate students as follows!
What is the IVS Ritsumeikan Program?
■ Ritsumeikan University undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to participate in the “IVS 2024 KYOTO / IVS Crypto 2024 KYOTO” event free of charge.
* This is made possible through the support of the Ritsumeikan University Alumni Association.
■ In collaboration with the IVS KYOTO Executive Committee, we will hold information sessions and follow-up meetings for participants of “IVS 2024 KYOTO / IVS Crypto 2024 KYOTO”.
■ The IVS Ritsumeikan Program is limited to Ritsumeikan University undergraduate and graduate students.
* This Program is not valid if you are not a Ritsumeikan University undergraduate or graduate student.

The best way to get the most out of your IVS experience is to come prepared with an idea of what you want to get out of it and how you want to use it in the future, and then reflect on it afterwards. The IVS pre-event program will be held at OIC CONNÉCT on Friday, June 7th. OIC CONNÉCT is an innovation promotion/exchange program held once a month at Ritsumeikan University’s Osaka Ibaraki Campus (OIC), combining learning opportunities (panel sessions, lectures, and workshops) with opportunities to connect (networking and exhibition tables). With over 100 participants at each event, on Friday, June 7th, as a preliminary learning session, we will be holding a session from 19:00 to 20:00 as a pre-event for IVS, titled “How to Enjoy Kansai’s Major Conferences 100 Times More!”.
